The Body Up is a special kind of lesson. It had been developed for dancers and who wants to have a shape of a dancer. We tone and strech all the muscles with the weight of the own body (foot, calf, leg, bottom, abdomen, back).
It’s not only a simple body-shaping. The traditional way is mixed with Pilates, spine- and skill development, balance control, and all of this is combined with an intense streching.
The structure of the lesson:
– Lots of body-shaping exercises (total body strengthening with own body weight)
– skill improving (balance, spine, posture, Limón-technique)
– streching, relaxation
